And the winner of the Whipped Snottling Award, for the Warlord who got her butt whooped more than anyone else, goes to… Kristinna Hansen! With 0 wins, 18 losses and 1 draw. For her efforts Kristinna will receive a shiny new box of gretchin!
Congratulations winning Warlords!

There will be no update this weekend since the 4th of July festivities seem to have put the brakes on playing inside. We’ll do another ladder update on Wednesday the 8th.
Enjoy the weather everbody!

A whole lot of shuffling going on in the middle ranks these last three days as the number of games has once again begun to pick up. Several lower rank Warlords have moved into the middle ranks and several middle-rankers have seriously begun to nip at the heels of the top five!
Keep at it ya bloodthirsty gitz!

A huge fleet engagement versus the forces of Warlord Tyson has pushed Warlord Danny from 4th to 3rd place. Both Warlord Tyson and Warlord Zion also moved up slightly in position over the last few days.
With a Holiday weekend fast approaching, will we see even more upsets in the upper ranks?

Some minor movement in the mid-ranks during this update, although the top 5 slots are staying steady at the moment. The tides of war seem to have ebbed slightly over the past week, but with only a little over two weeks to go I fully expect a scramble to climb the ladder as the final days count down.
Keep it up guys and gals!

Not too much to report for this update, the Father’s Day weekend seems to have put a slight damper on gameplay over the last three days. The top five Warlord slots stayed static with no change in position, and the mid-range slots some some minor shifting.
Keep it up guys and gals!

It has come to my attention (I will not name names or accuse anyone), that some Warlords are “working the system” in order to get maximum points with minimum effort.
In order to avoid any unpleasantness or recriminations, I am simply now going to clarify something that I guess I just assumed would have been taken for granted, but wasn’t. I will assume responsibility for this myself as it is true, I never spelled this out in the rules. So, water under the bridge up until this point.
From this point forward: If you play a game, YOU MUST FINISH THE GAME, in order to declare a winner. For example, if playing a game of 40K, you must play the minimum 5 turns in order to declare a winner. If you end on turn three, there is NO winner. The game should be declared a draw. These are not tournament games and should not be subject to arbitrary time limits, these games should go the number of turns specified under the rules system for the game or scenario. Setting a time limit on certain game systems can virtually assure a win for certain army types, as the scenarios are designed around turns, not time.
Finish your games Warlords.
Exceptions to this rule:
One player is completely wiped from the table = obvious winner.
One player voluntarily concedes due to having no chance to win within the standard number of turns.
Once again, no accusations or recriminations are needed, this was not spelled out clearly. Obviously exceptions will occur, but this general rule should be followed for ALL league games from this point on.
Thank You.

Not a lot of movement in the top slots during this update. Despite a series of losses this block, Warlord Ethan continues to hold his lead over all other Warlords by more than twice the points of even the number two slot. Slots 2 and 3 remained firmly entrenched, althoughstill hotly contested by the warlords directly below them.
I’m sure this weekend will see a flurry of reports as Warlord vie to knock Ethan from his throne and claim those number 2 and 3 slots.
Next update will be midnight on Sunday.

The battle reports just continue to roll in! As of midnight last night the database contains 70 battle reports from 28 of our 31 registered warlords.
As far as the Ladder goes, Warlord Ethan has managed to retain his top spot with little serious challenge. Warlord Clifton has moved into the 2nd ranked slot, pushing several people down a rung or two.
It’s a new week and I expect to see some serious competition for those top spots. The league is now 1/3 of the way through and things are really heating up. So, get out there and slaughter some enemies!

And what an update it is… Warlord Ethan is cutting a swath of destruction across the galaxy as he destroys foe after foe. Watch out you other Warlords, this appears to be the guy to beat, he is, so far, undefeated and has a penchant for playing big games.
Who will knock the current King from his throne?
Warlord Ethan has informed us one of his games against Warlord Bradley was mis-reported and should have been a loss for him. The ladder has been updated with corrected information. Thank you Warlord Ethan for your honesty… so unexpected from an Ork!!
